Driver help
How can we help?
Where can I find a charger?
Browse the locations directory for places to charge and what you can enjoy nearby.
How much does charging cost?
The current tariff is shown at the charger before you start a session. Location-specific online tariffs are not yet available.
Is live availability shown?
All live charging data comes from the ElectRoad EV app — live charger availability is not shown on this website. Downloading the app is the best way to see real-time charger status.
What if I need help at a charger?
Use the support details displayed on the charger for assistance with a charging session.
