Sustainability is part of our journey
At ElectRoad, we believe the transition to electric transport should go hand in hand with caring for the places around us. Our work connects cleaner journeys with welcoming destinations, while our environmental commitments reach beyond the charging point.
Rooted in the Waveney Valley, Norfolk–Suffolk border.
Cleaner transport
Cleaner journeys, better destinations
ElectRoad develops EV charging at places people already want to visit, including garden centres and other destinations. By making charging convenient and enjoyable, we aim to help more drivers choose electric transport while supporting the businesses and communities that host our chargers.

Local nature & waterways
Broome Beck Meadow — a commitment close to home
Our roots are in the Waveney Valley, on the Norfolk–Suffolk border. At our headquarters is Broome Beck Meadow, a 24-acre nature reserve that reflects a commitment to protecting local wildlife and habitats.
Owned and nurtured personally by Richard and Lucy Seppings, the reserve is not an ElectRoad project. It offers an honest insight into the values of the people behind the business: our interest in sustainability is not confined to the technology we install.
Supporting our local waterways
We also support the River Waveney Trust and its work connected with the local river environment. Healthy waterways, thriving habitats and cleaner transport are different parts of a broader ambition: to make a positive contribution to the places where we live and work.
Smarter site energy
Making better use of energy
We help site owners explore how EV charging can work alongside on-site solar generation, battery storage and existing electricity supplies. ElectRoad Energy Intelligence is designed to give site owners a clearer picture of how energy is generated, stored, consumed and sold, helping them make informed decisions about their energy use.
Explore Energy IntelligenceFor us, sustainability means thinking beyond the charger: supporting cleaner journeys, making better use of energy and caring for our local environment.
